Somewhere between unique and unusual (jk, I’m both! and yay, so are you), I’m a communications expert, human services specialist, and yoga instructor who loves uplifting and supporting nonprofits, small businesses, and communities through engaging content marketing, accessible and evidence-based learning, and expressive movement that celebrates the unique wisdom of every body.
I’m grateful to call Seattle home and can often be found roaming around the city by bike or foot, studying social sciences for fun, connecting with humans known and new, and exploring the bountiful wonders of the Pacific Northwest on hikes and camping trips.
